Well, the first week is over...and in some ways, one of the hardest parts of the workout is over. If you haven't been exercising for a while, getting started can be the biggest step!! You should all give yourselves big pats on the back!!
This week, the goal is another 3 days of 20 minute aerobic exercise.
If you didn't make the goal last week, don't beat yourself up about it, and certainly don't give up!!! Remember, it's just a goal! *Any* exercise you can fit in will be beneficial. Sometimes we get busy, things get in the way, or it's just plain hard to motivate ourselves. It happens!! If you weren't able to get 3 workouts in last week, think about setting this week's goal at 4 work-outs.

(oh, and thanks for the motivation on Friday...I got the work-out in and then went dress shopping after work...and I found The Dress!!!!! It looks wonderful on me now, but I can't even imagine how perfect it will look when I'm more fit!)
