Well, the first week is over...and in some ways, one of the hardest parts of the workout is over.  If you haven't been exercising for a while, getting started can be the biggest step!!  You should all give yourselves big pats on the back!!

This week, the goal is another 3 days of 20 minute aerobic exercise.

If you didn't make the goal last week, don't beat yourself up about it, and certainly don't give up!!!  Remember, it's just a goal!  *Any* exercise you can fit in will be beneficial.  Sometimes we get busy, things get in the way, or it's just plain hard to motivate ourselves.  It happens!! If you weren't able to get 3 workouts in last week, think about setting this week's goal at 4 work-outs.

(oh, and thanks for the motivation on Friday...I got the work-out in and then went dress shopping after work...and I found The Dress!!!!!  It looks wonderful on me now, but I can't even imagine how perfect it will look when I'm more fit!)

I swear I either stressed off or sweated off a lot of calories today driving out to pick up my son from my mother. They need to get the AC part for my car soon. I know my right leg got a workout from the stop and go traffic I dealt with once I got back to Chicago... weeeeeeeee!

Time for me to relax for a bit and then I think I'm taking my toddler for a walk so he can see our new neighborhood and I can get 20 minutes or so of walking in for the day :)

Ok, here's my general plan for this week... I'm going to do 20 minutes on the gazelle on Wednesday, but on Tuesday and Thursday I have (almost) no choice but to walk the two miles home from work, so that should put me at at least 20 minutes each day :) Also, eating out no more than 3 times this week... how's that for a goal? :P

I actually got the three workouts in last week, I thought I wasn't going to be able to make it. I wanted to do the strength training bit twice a week, but only got in one. Ah well. The wedding is only TEN WEEKS AWAY!!! (5 weeks till my next fitting.)

Today I took my spinning class (kicked my booty) and hopefully will get to go rowing on thursday or friday and then maybe hit the gym tomorrow as well.
