So I didn't work out *at all* the last two days. I had a nasty sinus headache and my head hurt if I moved around too much. Yuck! But I got in a 45 minute workout video today and did the Knot's strength workout... well, OK, so I couldn't do all the push-ups... :-) I have a date with a friend to go to the gym tomorrow too, so I'll get my 3 cardio workouts in.
